Here we show a New Deck for Outdoor Living that we completed for your neighbors in Forest.
The existing wood deck was rotted and extremely weathered.
The before to after comparison of the new staircase relocation shows how it allowed for a larger main surface of the deck.
The footprint of the deck was extended out away from the house, creating a larger outdoor recreation space.
The original pillars were rotted. We replaced all of the supporting structure with new pressure-treated lumber.
All the steps have a mitered return on the outer edges, which gives the staircase a touch of flair as you look down on them.
Our clients will further enjoy their outdoor living with this new deck and staircase.
The lack of weather coverage caused the front porch to be an un-usable outdoor space. It also gave an unfinished look to the front of the house. The appearance of the portico roof matches the style and appeal of the rest of the front of the house, which makes it look like it was always there.
All material used outdoors on the Portico project are made of PVC, which will not rot. This ensures the boosted curb appeal will last for years to come.
