The picture on the top of this page features a brand-new home built in a new sub-division. This home features and open floor plan, nine-foot ceilings, walk in master bath shower, full basement with nine-foot ceilings. It also has oak flooring through-out and gas log fireplace. Home has a 30-foot wide, 2 mile right of way trail for walking or horseback riding.
And the second picture shows an addition with features a custom coffered ceiling which brings depth and old-world charm to this living room. It gives the room a comfortable feeling moving one to just sit and enjoy the space.
In this last project we feature a home that was completely remodeled. We reframed a new roof to achieve a steeper pitch. We installed new windows, siding, gutters. The interior was completely remodeled with a new bath, kitchen and paint. The home features a large back deck overlooking several thousand-acre valleys.
In the pictures that follow, first you will notice the features a retrofit wood stove in to a pre-civil war home lends itself to the efficient warm feel of a wood fire on a cold day. This new efficient wood stove is a great improvement to a drafty inefficient old fireplace.In the second you will notice the front porch perfect for enjoying your morning coffee.
